She is a Senior Partner in the
firm and oversees our Lagos office. She is in charge of Immigration
and International Franchise Department. She successfully
represented one of the country’s largest manufacturing company in a
claim instituted by a foreign company for breach of contract.
Motolani has attended several International and Local Conferences,
Workshops and Seminars and has written and published several papers
on her field of specialization. Motolani holds L.L.B. Degree from
the University of Lagos (1988) and was enrolled to practice as a
Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 1989.
Before joining Abike Chambers on 17th July, 2004, she is
the Principal Partner of Motolani Akinlusi and Company. She is a
member of the International Bar Association and Assistant Legal
Adviser of the Nigeria-International Franchise Association.
